What's Cooking?
I am pretty good at cooking. I cook when I'm bored or just when I feel like it. When I was younger I always cooked things that tasted......interesting. Now of course, I am much better and I even made up my own recipe for what I call, peanut chip mint bars. Here is the recipe: 1 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate chips. 2 cups of all purpose flour. 2 cups assorted mint chocolate chips or regular mint chocolate chips. 2 eggs. 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda. 1-2 cups of sugar. 1 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup milk. 1 teaspoon salt. Bake at 375 degrees farenheit for twenty to thirty minutes or until a knife stabbed in the center comes out clean. I made this when I was younger and people loved it. I hope you will use it too. They come out usually looking like blondies. (Vanilla brownies.) I also like to make popovers, pancakes, cupcakes and cakes. They usually come out really good. But honestly I don't know how a busy girl like me finds time to bake. I think it's because the whole family enjoys my cooking. This is 2maplestar, signing off.
